Overview
Complus systems was founded in 1994 by Technocrats Mr. Keshav Elchitaya and Mr. Ganesh Kudva alumnus of National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK)Surathkal, formerly known as Karnataka Regional Engineering College (KREC), along with Mr. Bala Srinivasan to cater to the need of quality EMI/EMC Test Solutions in India. Mr. Joe Sivaswamy of EMC Automation fame also helped Complus to sign up with various principles in its initial days.
As things moved on, Mr. Ganesh Kudva moved to USA and works with TDK RF Solutions (Formerly EMC Automation), Mr. K.V. Ramakrishna subsequently joined as Director in the year 2000, Mr. H.S. Niranjan, first employee of the company who joined in the year 1988 was appointed Director in the year 2009 Mr. Keshav Elchitaya has hence retired from day-to-day activities of Complus but continues to be a mentor & supports in Business Development.
Mr. Ramakrishna K.V took over as MD in April 2020 and continues to steer Complus Systems in serving our customer in India. Mr. Ramakrishna is an Electronics & Communications Graduate from The National Institute of Engineering (NIE), Mysore has immense experience and knowledge in the field of Electronics in general and EMC testing in Particular.
Niranjan H.S.
Mr. Niranjan H.S, Director – Engineering, an Electronics & Communications Graduate from Malnad College of Engineering (MCE) Hassan, who joined Complus in 1998 as a service engineer continues to be fully involved in technical aspects while driving the sales. Mr. Niranjan is part of many successful EMI/EMC & Antenna projects in India and is very proud to be part of India’s 1st Full vehicle testing facility installed at VRDE Ahmednagar, where he was the Project Manager.
Rajesh Kumar S
Mr. Rajesh Kumar S, Sr. Manager Sales a Master of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BNM Institute of Technology being the youngest member of the management team, shoulders a lot of responsibilities on technical aspects in general and Antenna Test solutions in particular, along with sales.
